OK...I was hankering for one of my FAVORITE "out-to-eat" dishes...Olive Garden's chicken scampi...oohh, so delicious. I decided I'd go on-line and "whip" up this yummy recipe at home...to see if it really tastes as good as the real thing. Well, not bad! Real close....I have made notes to tweek it next time I make it. It worked for my family...yum! Go to www.recipesecrets.net/blog and put in Olive Garden Chicken Scampi.
I'd use less butter and make more of the white sauce...
